NPR explores what drives the vote in my home state
I find this really thoughtful and interesting. Jackson is about half an hour south of the city where I grew up, and though it tends to lean far more conservative than my hometown, it is safe to say these viewpoints are familiar ones.
Of course, I’m with Ms. Willington and Mr. Cummings. Their viewpoints demonstrate that despite what they claim, the GOP zealots do NOT represent the viewpoints or values of middle America.
